Check out Emma in her classroom's Hop-A-Thon last Friday. The children took on the challenge of hopping for two minutes to raise money for Muscular Dystrophy. As you can see, Emma broke down for a bit in the middle of the hop. She wanted to look at the camera screen and see herself hopping. I had to convince her that if she finished hopping, she could watch herself as much as she likes. Thank you to everyone that donated to the cause!
Following the hopping, Camyrn's classroom decorated cookies, dyed eggs and had an egg hunt. All in all, we had a fun Easter! The girls had an egg hunt at our club on Saturday and another at home on Sunday - in the basement, since the yard was covered in snow. We had yummy eats with my mom and Brian's mom. The best part of Easter dinner was having Camryn come out of the bathroom, naked as can be, asking for some help.
We also celebrated Brian's birthday this weekend. Dinner with Grammy & Papa Mike on Friday night at P.F.Chang's, followed with a date night for just the two of us at Plate on Saturday night (thanks Mom!). And Brian got in plenty of March Madness viewing. Since he had Good Friday off from work, he got in a round of golf and hung with the guys afterwards. Happy Birthday Sweetie!
Next few weeks are going to be a little crazy for us. I fly out on Thursday for ING GA. Brian flies out the following Wednesday to GA for his papa's 90th birthday. After that, we are both home for about three weeks before our summer trips begin. I'll try to get some March pictures posted soon.
