The holiday season is upon us, and while we buzz around in a whirl of activity, I try to take time every day to count my blessings and just be thankful for family, friends and all the goodness in our lives.
We spent a whole week being thankful over Thanksgiving break on our cruise vacation. It was a great trip to the Caribbean, and the girls were so delighted by everything - on board water park, great entertainment (Blue Man Group, Cirque dinner show, Nick Slime Time Live, family dance parties, etc), towel animals in our cabin each night, round the clock ice cream. Our first port was in St. Maarten, where we hit the beach for most of the day to enjoy the beautiful weather and calm waters. We ported in St. Thomas, where we took a scenic sky ride to a lookout point and enjoyed the scenery before doing a little Christmas shopping on our way back to the ship. In Nassau, we took a trip over to Atlantis to see the cool aquariums, water park and beaches. In between the ports, we enjoyed all the amenities the cruise ship had to offer. Here are a few pics!
