Kiss the girl

The Little Mermaid was Fantastic! Emma loved every bit of it. It was hard for me to tell who loved it more though, Mommy is a big fan of musicals and this one was one of my favorites. The little boy that played Flounder was something else, what a stage presence for a youngster. Emma will be playing the part of Ariel this Halloween, we'll have to work on her vocals.

Last night was a date night for us, as we attended the grand opening of the clubhouse. It was so neat to finally see the facility since we've been watching the construction for over a year now. The athletic club is beautiful in and of itself so we didn't know how they were going to top it with the clubhouse, but they managed somehow. The event was black tie optional so Brian and I jokingly got Nanna to take this "prom" picture of us.

The remainder of our weekend was great as well. GT completely stomped Samford on Saturday. We didn't get to watch any of the game due to other activities - but YAY Jackets! Emma also missed her first soccer practice since it conflicted with the show in Denver but her first game is next Saturday and we'll be at that one for sure. The girls have thoroughly enjoyed having Nanna and Pappa in town this weekend and we enjoyed having them to watch the girls for us during our party last night. One last picture before I sign off. Have a great week everyone!

Sounds like you had a great weekend! Such a cute picture of Emma in front of the Little Mermaide poster. Any pictures of Nanna and Pappa from their stay? :)

Also... how does it feel to have a football team that wins games? I can't remember, LOL.
